Here is what you guys should be posting to support your cause. Also, notice that I post the positives as well as the negatives:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plasma_arc_gasification#Concerns
issues:
1) An issue regarding plasma systems that rely on high temperatures for processing is in the life of their liners.
2) It is important to note, that at this stage, no municipal-waste disposal sized plasma arc facilities have as yet been constructed, and therefore they pose a considerable technological and budgetary challenge to even the largest municipalities.
3) Note that basic thermodynamics show electricity costs to be unavoidably high when processing wet wastes such as municipal wastes
Tesla_se's comments: W2 Energy will be using low temperature plasma and producing the electricity to run the plasma reactor which may alleviate the issues experienced in Hawaii. W2's recent research into the use of a plasma reactor as opposed to Hawaii's plasma torch has improved immensely.
p.s. Thanks to Zeuss and the also the Moderators for giving me the strength to live in the face of adversity. Yes you can take me seriously at times...
