Didn't SEAVIEW buy a stake in the Warm Mineral Springs? I seem to recall that they did, and Rich posted in one of the PR's that this was a gift from him to SEAVIEW.
There is nothing "Pristine" about the site, Seahag. Look up the definition of the word. People have been using the site for thousands of years. I too decry the commercialization of one of the prettiest places on earth, but the whole State of Florida is under constant siege of development. This is a sorry fact of life, as Florida will become the third most populus State in a few more years. The thing we can do is to try and limit the impact. The Florida aquafier is threatened my deep-well injection of wastes and over-pumping, and the coastal waters are threatened by poorly maintained septic systems. Take a flight over Florida on a clear day, and you will see the scars of development....everywhere you look the land has been altered, and there are only a few small areas that have been untouched, and are pristine.
Lets hope SEAVIEW can rebound this year, and move forward.
