SoWhat: Citron already "stated" what a "con" (my interpertation) NNRI is/was. STocktiger quickly responded to their (citron) critique of this stock. Stocktiger basically statedthat cirton were bashers, shorters and had no clue. This is when the stock was worth in the $5-6 range.

Sowhat I can sense your frustration by the way you post, but IMHO it is not like this stock is going to explode in the near future. I get a feeling that you think that when they finally report that the market might take kindly. There is a reason that they have not reported and you have to believe that it is not positive.
You also post about class action , well I can guarantee that nothing will ever happen, never.

At the end of the day you can "hope" that the stock improves in the future (why would it??), you can hold until it improves or delists, or you can sell now.

What ever do yourself a favor and DO NOT PLAY pinkies.
