BB, I believe you are right about a "Equity Buy" being a possibility, and their are many positive possibilities that are now available for the company to move forward with.

Authorizing more shares is both a defensive and a offensive move.

If there was a hostile takeover bid of the company, NPCT would be pocket change for a Intel, IBM, Motorola, or a Cisco - you think they could capitalize on NCS technology?

NPCT could issue millions of restricted shares to be placed in save hands, and avoid a hostile takeover, - like a Blowfish does, when it all of sudden gets much larger and the predator fish can't swallow it.

On the positive and "most likely" offensive strategy for issuing more shares is for a "Equity Buy" in by the likes of a IBM, Intel, Motorola, or a Cisco, - more shares available, more companies that can buy in, and everyone wins.

These additional shares bring more bargaining chips to the "Poker Table" of business, and you don't want the competition to "Buy the Pot" when you have a "Royal Straight Flush" and can't match the bid.

The company is planning for the "Big Time" and is playing their cards very good, and they have just issued themselves 140 million more chips to keep them in the game, - what's the ante?

Best Regards,

Cool Hand
