I think I finally figured out what Raley was talking about, took a while for me to put the pieces together, and if I have my brain wrapped around this properly, which from all the information we have, it means that the guidance for the 3rd quarter will be raised, and raised big. Here's the puzzle piece we have been missing in our arguements:

1st quarter 10Q announced guidance for the 2nd Quarter of around $300K, and 3rd Quarter guidance of $800-900K. In all our argueing/debating we forgot a major milestone, it happened on the 4th of July, the tie in completion and production start of Cavier #1 & #4. 2nd quarter closed with NO revenues from the Cavier wells, end of June, and the revenues for 3rd Quarter guidance was released before the Cavier wells even came online. Guidance was only factored in the 1st Quarter 10Q for what was already in production for 2nd and 3rd Quarter. So if I'm correct in my thinking, 3rd Quarter guidance has just jumped through the roof when factoring the Cavier wells. Forget the guidance from the 1st Quarter 10Q, 3rd Quarter revenues will be way above and beyond $800-900K, this last weeks PR on Gas and Oil increase percentage numbers and guess where 3rd Quarter is going to be?? Cavier numbers will be included for 3rd Quarter Revenues!!!! This revenue will be added on top the $800-900K guidance offered, and the Cavier wells are producing BETTER than expected!!!

HAPPY FREAKING 10Q AND 3RD QUARTER RAISED GUIDANCE ALL!! This is of course only my opinion, so if I'm worng, than sorry, but if I'm right, can we say PARABOLIC CHART??

PR FROM LAST WEEK:

HOUSTON, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Universal Energy Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: UVSE), an emerging U.S. oil and gas exploration and production company, announced today that gas and oil production quantities had more than doubled during the 2nd quarter 2008 increasing by 123 percent and 244 percent, respectively over amounts produced in the first quarter of 2008.
