Diane D Dalmy, attorney, is the new legal counselor for ABVG and has replaced Bruce M Pritchett, the well known sleazebag, at DMTN as well. Ms. Dalmy apparently specializes in notice of late filings with the SEC. The first Dalmy client that I checked, Xinhua China, filed notice of a late 10K on October 1, 2007 and subsequently experienced a suspension in trading.
