Dan Keeney said ERHC won't comment on the Aban Abraham's contract with Kosmos, that's for Kosmos to do. Every information source including Kosmos's own website showed a 90 day contract with a 90 day option... until Ledbetter spoke.

The "news" that, after retrofit, the Aban Abraham is heading to a 4+4 first was "released" BY Ledbetter makes it very, very odd that he wouldn't clarify on his statement.

Is this like Afren's "OBO is a billion barrel discovery" getting them bi+ch-slapped into the last century? A whoops?

There is some major misinformation/deflection and truth hiding going on here. The truth as the world knew it changed abruptly this week. Why not throw a bone to your shareholders and explain why? THAT p|sses me off.

Was the richkan post about a consortium being formed to exploit West Africa accurate? Has Kosmos been sucked into that consortium? Is this consortium a "banding together" of companies with rig time to combat Petrobras global rig hogging?

How can a published Kosmos contract change, notice of that change be released by ERHC along with a statement that ERHC will provide no further information, and shareholders say, "oh okay, thanks"?

Am I really "delusional" for wanting a few answers... believable ones this time?
