Peter Bezzano Files False and Misleading Statement With the SEC

Peter Bezzano, former Chairman and President of FFGO and
current non executive chairman files false and misleading
statement with the Securties and Exchange Commission.

On December 7, 2007 Mr. Bezzano filed with the SEC in an 8-K
that the offices of FFGO had moved. What somehow escaped him,
was the simple fact that a mail drop does not constitute "offices".

As a result of this false and misleading statement, some
investors could have been harmed into thinking that actual
offices existed at that location.

Infractions such as this will not be tolerated. Effective
immediately, all such infractions will be reported to the SEC as
investors will no longer put up with such nonsense.

Investors will take a stand and refuse to be toyed with in such
manner. Management has underestimated our resolve and we will
continue to press the issues as they present themselves.
