Yes, this is strange. Any other OTC stock would have released news on this even before it happened.

Maybe the CEO doesn't know it's even selling in CVS?

Maybe the CEO is waiting until CVS has it in all of their stores before releasing a PR but I'm not sure why they would wait to do this...they could always release a PR now and then another PR when CVS is fully stocked.
