mrtanner69, they are building their inventory through Ingram (a distrbutor with 8 or 9 warehouses throughout the U.S.)

The law of supply and demand is at play here. The question though is which comes first, the supply or the demand?

Ingram is a business. They are primarily a service business just like GZFX. Let's break it down:

--They're shipping 9.5 million discs (both DVD and games) @ month (verifiable through available PRs).

--They ship on behalf of their clients (they are the middle man, a distributor)

--Hypothetically they ship 3.5 million discs@mo. on behalf a client A

--They ship 1 million discs@mo. on behalf of client B

--They ship 30,000 disc@mo. on behalf of client C

They're a business. They will provide their best (read fastest) customer service to the client that brings them the most business (client A), next best to client B, etc.

Right now we are probably client F,G, or H. With the “GameZnFlix Guy” advertising will come a slew of new memberships. For distribution purposes it doesn't really matter yet whether they're trial customers or paying. The point is their queues will fill up, The order transmission volume to Ingram will jump big time, and the result is we’ll move up several rungs and become client B or C.

All of a sudden we’re on their radar, and they start treating us accordingly. Ingram has the infrastructure in place to ship to 99.7% of the continental US in two days or less (verifiable through PRs). Their quality of customer service to GZFX will only improve when we can demand it through order volume.

Once we've got the clout we will get the service, and with the improved service we will get paying customers.

It takes time. This company has only been around a short time. If you want to comapre to NFLX, go to the Yahoo! NFLX board and read the first 500 posts. You will see that many many people thought the company was doomed to failure because of slow ship times and poor customer service. This was THREE YEARS after they started!!! GameZnFlix hasn't even been in operation for THREE MONTHS yet! Give them time. You will be rewarded handsomely IMO.
