EIGH Update: I'm selling at the MA(200) levels; after a +500% to +1000% from my EIGH alerts, I'm taking profits and going to celebrate it !!! WHAT A RIDE !!!
Long Term is a great stock, but short term is overbought.
I've locked in profits today, at a +500% to +1000% from all my entry points a few weeks back.
If you read back my annotated charts, you can see several resistance levels for the short term. Selling a few at 0.03, and then a few more at 0.04-0.05... those were the big resistances.
Remember this is a CHANNEL PLAY, as I said in my 1st alert on EIGH. It can eventually break the channel upwards, but at least profits must be taken on the way to the resistance levels, in case it suddenly collapses like it has done in the past (charts usually have a MEMORY and behave somewhat like in the recent past, emulating patterns).
We've gone to the 1st GAP, and now EIGH is overbought. It can still go to 0.08, but I think it is healthy to take some profits off the table before the stock gets to the 3rd resistance and everybody and his mother wants to take profits all at the same time at the top of the channel.
The MA(200) breakout is a great place to take some profits, because when a stock breaks the MA(200), it brings some money flow that can let you sell some shares when you're playing such a volatile low volumed pinkie, LOL !
People will be looking at EIGH over the weekend and there will be some money coming in on monday; I will eventually sell part of my freebies if we go to 0.06-0.08 next week, at the top of the channel.
When one of these pinkies makes a +500% to +1,000% run in less than one month, taking profits is mandatory, even if the run keeps going a little more above the selling price.
I'm holding a few freebies for the long term (2009-2010), but I've locked in a lot of money that I don't want to risk after a +500% & +1000% run.
