Going forward, our strategy is to leverage our experience and software assets to license our technology to other hospitality and public-space operators and to franchise the uWink interactive entertainment restaurant concept.

Following the opening of our third company-owned uWink restaurant, we expect to emphasize technology licensing and franchising over the development of additional company-owned uWink restaurants.

In furtherance of the technology licensing component of our growth strategy, in December 2007 we announced plans to develop and market self-service technology solutions for the hospitality industry in conjunction with hospitality software provider Volante Systems.
