In my many years of expericence here is what I see today=Some Big Dog probably has put a very big order to sell,and forcing a down side,to collect shares at lower prices.I know what he is doing.MMs see the Huge sell above their head,and shorting bringing it down.While that big Dog Accumulates cheap shares.
Same happened last time they brought it down to .0002.

DARE TO DREAM.LISTEN TO IT AT HARD TIMES.
