I bought this as a fundamental lotto on the basis of a complete restructuring of the company and probable new business plan. The authorized was increased recently and there may be a RS for all we know, but one of the guys that is one of the top three shareholders grew a company's sales from $27 million to $350 million a year. That's what I'm interested in.
