Titan: Dilution comes from conversion ...

of the outstanding convertible preferred stock -- several billion shares worth. The convertible preferred was issued a couple years ago to pay off LTD they were delinquent on. It was outstanding as of the last R/S and continues to overhang the stock quite heavily. That's why the stock dropped so quickly from a dime back in February.
