There is a BIG PROBLEM that affects PPS: REORGANIZATION of shares.

Some popular brokers don't allow you to place trades online, you have to call. Some investors are LAZY and some are SCARED to get trapped. There are NO TRADERS or FLIPPERS here to keep the VOLUME going. You should start seeing stabilization once the TICKER symbol and NAME change that is causing the re-organization problem with online brokers.

Why is the pps down?? Shorting in the meantime IMO
