Just.....to be crystal clear.. especially to the envious one on this thread. Any mis information regarding the WUCC merger into CPRK had nothing to do with me as I had already resigned as CEO. Furthermore, the jealous one will say I was on the BOD, while this is technically correct, I had no knowledge of the details of that transaction and as such, I resigned my BOD position on Feb 1, 2008.
P.S.I am a very large shareholder who has always been confident in CPRK's ability to come to fruition.
