great corporate addition

The doctor would never lend her name to a small Company unless the Sleep strip was the real deal..yes there is dilution but it is spread over three years.. they began borrowing in August 2005.

It is definitely a turnaround
also if you read the 10-Q as amended it appears the lender has slowed his conversions of shares/ SUBSTANTIALLY..probably knows the product will be a BIG HIT!!
