Dan Keeney told me recently to pay attention to what Jim Ledbetter said about an ROO and possible cooperation between companies on Blocks 2, 3, and 4. As Jim Ledbetter had said he was working on that project, he is current and knowledgeable.

It would be ironic if investors sell because that did not hear what they wanted to hear in a fashion that pleased them while they were really being told about what they are hoping for!

Dan also told me that while the company has made good efforts to update its website, have progress reports from the interim CEO's, and hold conference calls with each quarterly report ,the "activists" on the message boards have responded with criticisms.

He and the company are moderately upset over the intensity of these responses. ERHC realizes that the vast majority of its shareholders are patient.
