Thank you both, but here is my opinion.

I have traded with my gut and with logic; I always do better with logic. I understand there is risk with start up companies, but honestly ask yourself a few questions and if you have good answers I will listen.

1. Find a news article or something that mentions Los Chorros mine before 2006 when Gemini took it over.

2. Where is the mine, 42km from El Bagre? See if you can find it.

3. If Gemini needs money and has an already producing mine, does that make sense?

4. On 9/11/07 there were 60,000,000 shares issued and the average price then was around .10, that is $6,000,000. Where is that money?

5. Go on Google and look up some information on the companies that just sued Gemini, you might be surprised by what you find.

6. Find someone who has talked to Mr. Hill or anyone at Gemini.

I have my doubts about the existence of the Los Chorros mine. I have questions about the management of money. Mr. Hill doesn't seem to care about investors, as I have 2 notebook pages of dates where I have called and left messages and emailed the company, with no response to date. I don't like the company Gemini is involved with in this lawsuit. I will keep an eye on the stock and may get back in, but not before it bottoms.
