When you have a Company like APPLE RECORDS sueing its a big deal. My bet many are on the sidelines waiting for the final outcome of that suit.. If and when that suit is resolved FUGO will climb once again IMO if a positive outcome is revealed.. I have total trust in the Management to handle the situation as stated in their 8k. Their track record speaks for itself. They dont dilute their stock as proven since they became public. Revenues are increasing with 2.5 million tracks available on their website.. Pr's speak for themselves as well as their filings..
