Were those other wells in the same trend?

Where they actually produced or just drilled?

How many of them are less than 25 years since they were touched?

How many of them were abandoned within weeks of being drilled?


I could have sworn we had this discussion just a couple weeks ago.

It's noteworthy that the wells were ever drilled, but not if one isn't going to go beyond the fact they existed. It's helpful if records can be found with information on those old wells. It's helpful to know the answers to the questions I asked above. But if all your going to go with is "there were other wells"... it really doesn't mean anything.

If you'd learned even a little of that history I think you might be more optimistic.
