OT:Is CMKX really a scam to get QBID profits from
shareholders-Interesting theory going around the boards...

The truth about this company...............
In April of 02 this company was an empty OTCBB shell with an OS of
354M, with Ian MacIntyre in charge.
The symbol was CMKI, which was a hangover from the old company
CyberMark, Intl.
Then, Casavant took over.

Between April and November, 02 Casavant did nothing with the company,
but he was looking for a Pinksheet or private company to do a reverse
merger with.
In November, 02 he found one, Juina Mining, (GEMM-Pinksheets)
The merger announcement ran the PPS from .001 to over .05.
In less than a month, Casavant increased the OS from 352M to 7.2
billion........and tried to keep it quiet. (at this time, there was no
gag order on the Transfer Agent or the IR firm, (Mike King).
Cassavant then started dumping shares, (with no filings), and it
pushed the PPS back down.

At the Jan 15th shareholders meeting Casavant told everyone and anyone
that the OS was 352M which we now know was a lie.
At that same meeting the Management people of Juina Mining were
introduced as the new management for CMKI.
But, the Juina people found out what Cassavant was doing and they
backed out of the merger.
Casavant then fired Mike Kings IR company and hired a new one, which
he put a gag on.
He also found a new Transfer Agent whom he could also gag.
During this period, Casavant never put his name on one official
document or SEC filing.
He kept Ian MacIntyre, (the former CEO), on payroll and any required
SEC filings were signed by him.
By the Jan 15th shareholders meeting Ian MacIntyre quit.

Now, there was no one to take responsibility for the "required" SEC
filings, so they just weren't done.
Casavant filed a DEF 14c, which showed that he had control of 85% if
the voting stock. (he also controlled the millions and millions of
shares he gave to his extended family, over two dozen people, giving
him a total control of about 96% of the voting stock.
Since then, because the required filings weren't done, the stock was
delisted to the Pinksheets, (May, 03).
Since then, Casavant has issued hundreds of billions of shares and
continues to dump billions on the market. Even at a PPS of .00005 he
nets $50-thousand dollars every time he dumps a billion shares, (daily).
SUMMARY........
Casavants original intention was to dump most, if not all, of the
original 7.2-billion shares before the merger, making $millions and
leave it up to the Juina people to do a reverse split with the merger
and start new.
But the Juina people found out what he was doing............and walked
away.
Talk about falling into a pile of schit and coming out smelling like
roses!!!!
The delisting and the gag orders gave him a free ticket to dump as
many shares as he liked.........with no record of it.
It continues today, two years later!!!
And.......there may indeed be a working drill rig, but, if so, it
isn't owned by this company.
It's owned by Casavant, paid for with the proceeds from dumping stock
and this company will never benefit from anything they may find.......may.

NOTE: There are many small details left out, like doing a symbol
change to hide all the old lying PRs, or doing a 2:1 split to double
the number of shares he can dump, or the bogus spinoff to attract new
investor money, but this is the meat of it. (remember, no matter what
the price is, any shares Casavant sells is 100% net profit).

PS: about Melvin.
In early 03 Melvin was a disgruntled investor, along with the rest of
us, but.............
Melvin lived close the the "reported" mining operation and was in a
position to tell the truth, if he ever took the time to visit the "site."
This was a potential threat to Casavants "secret" operation.
So Casavant fired the 'second' IR firm, (paying them 1.06-billion
shares to go away), and hired Melvin, paying him 500K shares a month.
He then put a gag order on Melvin.
Now, ironically, Melvin may be the only 'outsider' who is making money
from this company.............and who ever will!
