Seems like a flaw in this analysis.

'40% of 8.2 million is 3.3 million or 11 cents per share.'

Qtr just reported if loss was doubled as if 6 months would be about 3 cents. 11 cents minus 3 cents would be 8 cents.

8 cents minus 7 cents would be 1 cent for year.

16 cents with a pe of 10 would be $1.60.
