With the new low O/S and with a A/S both at 10M there couldn't be any dilution. With any kind of business success the companies market cap could be $10M. That's $1.00/s. At that point the company raises the A/S and begins selling shares for growth. If you had 5M old DVFI shares and were reduced to 125K by a 40:1 R/S, you could still walk away with $125K at a pps of $1.00. This all assumes a real company with hardworking people who are creating wealth for us and themselves. Isn't that the way it is supposed to be?
