Actually 4 trades at 9 million each was probaly a double count so actually someone or institution is the proud owner of 18 million shares a nifty $14,000 investment. Have to hoope that the buyer believes the company has the goods. We shall soon see as the clock is now in favor of some major news in the near future based on company projections.
