Maybe you are right, but look at it from other perspective: ALRY will / is producing and will be producing more barrels - Larry will write PR about it - we will know about it but almost nobody else...and then he will start the campaign

Or: First he will get the attention of people by this campaign and then he will release the numbers of produced barrels - what you think will have better effect? IHMO the second choise - we have to look into the future
