IMO, I still think SPZI can put out some type of update without mentioning any names if there's a deal.

I don’t know if you’re a public company and have deals closed or pending I see no reason not to put out a PR to that effect.

It just never made sense to me and when they say the other party does not want you to put out a PR, most of the time there is no other party.

Are we a public company with shareholders or not. If we have news, sales or whatever put it out there.

All IMO
