He needs to stop letting the CD Holders kill us. He needs to immediately issue them about 20 million shares and make them have to comply to the 1% Rule that everyone else has to. They can only sell 1% of the Issued per quarter, not 4-5% a WEEK like they have been doing!!!!!!

And then let them take you to court and try to convince a judge that they should not have to comply to the 1% Rule that you and I would have to comply to. We have had 60% in new issued shares hit us....and they have been registered with out any FILINGS or HOLD period....and just BLOWN in our faces!

It is not illegal, but is should be!!!!

If SW does not hire someone that knows how to negotiate, we are DEAD!!!! He has all but buried us already as he has shown no ability to stop the vise grip hold these CD Holders have on the company.

Why does he not pay them with some of the $50,000 a month in revenue we have coming in????

Instead he is giving them stock at a HUGE DISCOUNT which barely even reduces the principal if at all. A 75% Discount to the lowest intraday posted price over the last 31 days???? If this is true....it is the WORST funding agreement I have ever seen in my life!!!!! And I have seen some bad ones.....
