Hey milo3,

Good to see you holding the fort for us over here while some of us go make money elsewhere. I love playing options on the big boards while waiting for this ship to come in, but I digress.

Hey, listen, it just occured to me recently. Let's say SPZI wanted to buy back shares in the cover of darkness in order to get the best prices for them. And SPZI also stated that deals would be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2008 as well. How could shares be bought back at the best prices if deals were announced as soon as they happened? Is SPZI obligated to tell us as soon as the ink is applied to the paper about these deals?

Or could we have to wait until we see the quarterly reports after the 3rd quarter is finished before we see revenues and therefore deals that have been struck. If this is true and we look back at the history of SPZI and the way they have been filing their reports, we could see something in November. So I would be surprised if SPZI remains silent until that time and therefore we need to listen to the naysayers for a few more months.

This is pure speculation on my part but does seem to hold water, IMO. Ok, let the attacks begin. LOL I gotta go make some cash now.
