While you are correct when you say that the company is not obligated to issue updates to its shareholders via new releases...however, the company had made it very clear via the PR on May 12th on its position concerning shareholder updates:

The Company will continue to provide regular updates to shareholders as information becomes available.

The above statement is backed up by numerous phone conversations that various shareholders, including myself, have had with Ed that a shareholder update PR is forthcoming.

Obviously, either the company is not living up to its promise (surprise, surprise) or it has no material event to update us on. However, we know the later cannot be true as we all know the former CEO, Stephen Ambury, has resigned. If that is not a material event requiring a shareholder update then I don’t know what is.

Furthermore, all the PR issued since Ambury took over has been deleted from the DVFI website; as if the management is trying to cover up that they made the above promise to their shareholders. You have to ask yourself what else are they are trying to cover up by not being open & honest....maybe the disappearance of whatever assets that remains?

How long are you going to keep condoning the practices of this company's management? When they repeatedly lie to you on the phone, do you honestly expect us to sit back and take it on the chin and pretend like nothing has happened? The more slack you give these folks, the more they try to get away with. It's just outright criminal!
