Emcore looking good now. Changed their bylaws regarding stock ownership and seats on the board. Some think this is to give Intel a seat on their board. I don't see why anyone would stay short EMKR at this point. Intel is involved and they are becoming profitable. Fall rally will push EMKR back over $8.00.
