Yes. You must assume the O/S is Maxed out. Hence the 4 days of consolidation trading, accented with the hammer yesterday. Now, it can start to move more freely, I think the erratic swings will be gone, and a steady accumulation can occur.

I couldn't possibly think as slow as you if I TRIED.
