Thank you for your e-mail below, my sincere apologizes for the lateness on my response – it’s been quite busy as you can imagine. In regards to your questions, our immediate plan is to essentially communicate ELTK and HRCT's story to the financial markets. Our basic activity list for an aggressive financial communications program includes a dedicated in-house team of IR professionals proactively contacting members of the US and international financial community, including retail investors, financial analysts, institutional buyers, media, newsletter editors, mutual fund managers, pension fund managers and a network of highly skilled investment professionals. We are executing the elements in a process that begins with identifying ETLK and HRCT’s unique strengths, assets and competitive advantages.

We are currently studying the political and economic environment in which both of these company’s operate in, so that we can deal with any special problems that will and are arising. We also analyze peers and competitors to determine both ETLK and HRCT’s relative investment merit against comparable companies and the market. We are currently utilizing many on-line databases also used by the investment community.

We actively maintain a proprietary database of the top analysts, money managers and stockbrokers in Canada, the US and Asia. We are currently setting up several lead generation programs and e-mail blasts using a variety of services so as to make certain we are always reaching new people. In addition, we use our own e-mail database to disseminate current info and keep the interest up. We use our extensive investor and broker mailing list to drive investors as well as brokers to us. We have designed and are about to publish the materials for the mailer for both ETLK and Hartcourt. One of our completed brochures for ELTK can be downloaded in PDF form from our website at: www.lexingtonenterprises.com/clients.html

We will also be re-designing and utilizing both of their websites as a marketing and investor tools. By retaining close contact with the online investment community, ETLK and HRCT gain critical exposure to an active, worldwide audience. We are also are creating PPT presentations for ETLK and HRCT PowerPoint presentation for trade shows, broker forums, analyst presentations and the web. This will be formulated to hit target audiences on a weekly/bi-weekly basis through Lexington.

Dear Linda, As A long time and long term shareholder of HRCT I will like to say welcome, we need you. We have been through many IR firms without much success so I have a few questions. What is your specific plan for building shareholder value for HRCT and ETLK? How do you plan to accomplish this? What are the credentials that your company brings to HRCT? I would be especially interested in the credentials of the people working on our account. Thank you in advance.
