9. Mail IR KIT in response to investor requests.

10. Develop relationships with the media for the company and executives to appear and be quoted> Established media contacts include Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Fortune, Forbes and Crain's.

11. Work with senior executive management of all subsidiaries to fully understand their business strategies, financial results, financial projections, expense management, industry acquisitions, sales trends and other business fundamentals.

12. Conduct a large Investor Relations campaign through direct marketing> I have a database of 127,000 investors.

16. Provide direction for major investor relations projects; Plan and manage meetings, presentations, prepare financial marketing materials, power point presentations, manage conference calls (script writing) and annual shareholder meetings.

17. Provide Investor Relations feedback from Institutional Investors to company.

18. Establish and maintain processes to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the Investor Relations program.

19. Crisis Communication> Develop and assist in the vital internal & external communications.

20. Oversee the Investor Relations Web-site on an on-going basis; includes updating content as well as refining the web-site to better meet the needs of investors and in compliance with the SEC guidelines.
