I don't see the board bashing in that quote either. If he came to the board saying "this board is run by that egotistical disengenuous penny pumper named Rawnoc who leads a chearleading fanboy squadron obsessed with Nolan Bushnell and Chuckie Cheese for grown-ups"...then that would be board bashing. But he didn't do that, did he?

Looked like he was just trying to share his experience to me. He should be commended, he provided more DD to the board than many here have. Who knows, might save a few people from dropping down to .50 with the company.
