If this is the case then why does even Dean say on the onev blog that Google ultimately got their patent?


"Subsequently, Google was issued a voice search patent and had a difficult time narrowing their patent around One Voice." This is a very important sentence. Even Dean is saying Google got a patent. It may be a narrow patent but it is still a patent.
