Dividend of .038c per share to shareholders based on an asset sale of which the company will receive $15M and distribute that to shareholders.

Filing of 15c211 to engage Aurora Financial Services as a market maker - possible OTCBB uplisting. To be completed in mid 4th quater 2008.
