First of all I agree they should have put a sign up stating that they sucked at running a restaurant. How dare them.

I think you can close the doors and sell too. I am sure it does hurt the sales price. I do not know or care if they did or not.

The link is weak. Come on, would anyone stop income because they need income to keep the doors open? I am sure they would have loved to have had those people be able to feast on the card.


The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket!
