They walk it up by holding a huge block of buys. absorbing as many sales or buys as they can. and creating confidence, holding a base PPS, making some buying or selling pressure.I have been watching the MM arca do it for about the last week. At times holding 20 times more leverage then the other MM's. On average over the last 4 or 5 months. I witness this in GSPG about 1 hour per month. The last few days of this ARCA guy holding such a large volume has intrigued me, So I am watchin his assk.

Large volume will steamroll any manipulation. they try to do to a PPS.
