Always happens. A company doesn't keep in touch with shareholders through PRs etc, and pretty soon interest is lost. People remove $$$ and move on to more transparent investments.

As a result, the price slowly drops, moving down on small trades. What's next? A dilution to raise capital? Too bad. This one had some hope attached to it.
