I was following this stock for 1 reason. The succession of lies about Nucap. Until the june 4 PR came out I had no idea wall was involved. Suffice to say this company knew about this guy long before that PR came out.

In april NNRI filed for an extension for the 10K which came out before the extension time expired.

Next came the the quarterly 10Q due out in May. Again came the NT requesting an extension. Check the reasons given for both delays. They look the same to me yet the K came out and the Q never did.

At the end of April NNRI was trading around 45 cents. Now check the succession of PR since then and judge for yourself the validity of all of them.

As this stock continued to fall the present management continued to issue this PR knowing full well the delayed 10Q wouldn't be coming out.

At the end of July with yet another filing due this management couldn't contnue to BS people. The stock was in freefall so even the most naive knew something was very wrong.

well NNRI shareholders now know why.

Through all this certain posters here continued to represent this company is a false manner. One is still here posting away offering lame BS excuses that only a moron would believe.
By the way this started at well over a dollar.

This is and always has been a Pink sheet stock. People now know that all claims of uplisting which started in 06 were lies to sell shares.

why should this company file ? They have no reason. Stay on the pinks and get your self in order. If you do then file.
