Wallstreet Insider said on Yahoo and I tend to agree with.

I share your optimism about insider buying. If the old team are buying at these levels, I take it they fully support the new boys in town. Personally I like JD and Mick's bios and credentials more than I did Paul and his crew.
On the other hand if the guys who just resigned are selling at these levels, it would clearly show they didn't give a flying hoot about GWDC or the shareholders and were just in it for themselves, taking wages and shares and letting the company fall apart.
Paul said cash flow positive and lots of good things in one press release, the next month, saying no money no beans yadda yadda
