is this the poison pill protection we heard about? is this preparing for financing? is this the insurance policy. these shares are not issued and are like the 40m of the exisitng authorized 100m that are not yet issued. so we have 140m available to twart a takeover of the company or financing or double our shares with a split at the appropriate time. discussion is in order.
