Great News Today. King has confirmed as previously announced the selling of the formely wholly owned subsidary IFS division. This will bring $250,000 in HTDS assets and further income as 20% interest in IFS future value.
HTDS does not need to dilute shares any further to generate cash flow for operations, and we have a pending agreeement for testings of Tubercin we should bring back results within 3-6 months after beginning.
