if you care to check facts you'd see that the number of outstanding shares has in fact declined due to buybacks in spite of stock option issuance. that was explicitly mentioned in andy bryant's presentation in the analyst call if you'd care to review it.

you're just wrong.

but if you actually hold intel shares you have benefitted by having the employees (the vast majority of them not just top management) work harder to make the stock go up since they benefitted from that as well.

or did you miss that?
