Massive dilution? Subtract $100,000 from $3,000,000,000. For that matter, subtract $3,000,000 from $3,000,000,000. It seems inconsequential doesn’t it? Dilution at this level is expected and required for a company at this stage. I don’t know how you consider that a massive dilution. It is everyday business for a startup company.

If you want to spread fear, go to another board. The majority of posters on this board are intelligent enough to know fact from scare tactics.
