Ok...well that leave you the easy warm up questions answered..but where are the answers to the 2nd have of the posting...And now that you are 100% confident that it IS a scam...r u willing to put your rep where your mouth is and meet the challange as specified...Think long and hard about it buddy....if it turns out to be legit...your rep as well as posting on IHUB is finished...you would be smarter to not respond to the challenge if you are NOT 100% confidence...However the choice is yours for the making...choose your next steps wisely....then again, you have nothing to lose right? since this is indeed a scam and this is another one on your record as one...On another note, you said you 'been there and done that ie courts but you are here so often to help your fellow investors? why dont you care to go to court for them?? past acheivments have little to do with current ones...to be a real hero would be to prove your 'facts' in the court room...If your getting concerned that your being called on your comments,,,you can easily prove me wrong by answering ALL questions and taking on the challange
By the way, I answered your 2 of 1 stock split question a while back...To summarize why the 2 for 1 was not done is simple...it was a bad management call to try to fix the falling pps with more shares...they prob thought that shareholders would like the idea but the falling pps told them another story..thank god that they didnt go through with it...And around that same time, it is also clear that this stock DID NOT fall on the soul basis of undistributed divi's....It fell because of the reverse split in DEC followed by the distribution of 300 BILLION total shares...Now that they have crashed, they are trying to fix the PPS....when a car breaks down, do you always throw it away? or do most people give it a repair and drive off without a worry? think about it...we give 2nd chances to things ALL the time...why so confident that it is too late for the divis? try to tell that to the ppl that are still to receive them...late or not...they want those divis. ONCE THE DIVIS ARE IN, YOU HAVE YOUR PROOF! You make a lot of statements here, now be prepared to back it up or back up :)
