With the long Term Financing agreement which was nothing less than spectacular in these markets, the near completion of the mill and the high grade ore discovery, we have never been in better shape.

I do not recall the O/S at the time of the run to .35 but if memory serves correctly the dilution used to facilitate the merger with WUCC had not yet kicked in.

Everyone expected sizable dilution for the LT Financing and if current operations are being paid for with dilution at this point. once production begins and LT Financing kicks in we should never have to worry about further dilution concerns.

IMHO this company has never been in a better position than now.
