IMO, no one on this board can honestly say that they know what the heck is going on with this company (sorry NUBVman - your either a pumper or an insider if your holding 3+Bil). I am not advocating anyone to cut and run but to pump this stock at this point is suspect at best.

Recap of the last 45 Day:
*Company relocates out of San Diego but doesn't update the public.
*They acquire XND in order to settle the court case and remedy past conflicts
*They increase (dilute) their A/S by 10+ Billion Shares (100% Increase) with not much explanation at all as to how this better positions the company
*They announce plans to buy a ~30 chain restaurant again with zero explanation as to what synergies that business will bring
*Press release stating that there will not be a R/S prior to Mid September if at all...but all options are open

Lots of uncertainty there and indications of cellar boxing to boot.

From my vantage.. I am most interested in the 8/4/08 PR where they stated that Nutripure has provided more than 700K to fund the final product completion & launch. That is a claim that at some point will be verifiable and it better be legitimate. Otherwise Ken Jones and company are really going to regret that PR. If that never happened, and based on the stock that traded since then, it could conceivably show clear intent to deceive investors.

To be clear, I am still giving them the benefit of the doubt but they should know that not everyone on this board views this as "just a lotto". While I can afford to lose my investment many times over (like most here), I am not going to just sit idly on the sidelines and let it be squandered.

Let's reach out to NUBV and put some preasure on them for some concrete direction & press releases with more substance this week. Until then, I kindly ask that we tame down the pumping and make Ken Jones and company earn our future dollars!
